360° automatic spraying provides thorough and efficient coverage through high-speed electrostatic rotary bell spray guns. Coupled with ABB coating robots and the HDA-603 spray gun, spraying trajectories and atomization effects can be precisely controlled, significantly improving the coating uniformity and production efficiency of metal frames.
This solution uses a high-speed electrostatic rotary bell spray gun, which evenly attaches paint to metal surfaces using the principle of electrostatic adsorption. Combined with multi-axis robot coordination, it achieves full-coverage spraying of complex structures without blind spots. The HDA-603 spray gun can reach speeds of over 80,000 rpm, with atomized particle sizes as fine as 20-40μm, ensuring smooth and dense coatings while reducing overspray waste, increasing paint utilization to over 85%.
