Notice:

The controller is placed at the outside of the spray chamber at 1.5 meters

HDA-1020 Electrostatic spray gun installation

Air source connection

Please connect the air source to the air conditioning of the high voltage electrical appliance.

Thread caliber PF1/4

Grounding

Please really connect the ground line to the controller.

Notice

The controller grounding wire should use more than 3.5mm2 wires, and grounding resistance is less than 10 ohms.

Cable Connection

Please clean the metal head with the power cord of the rag and connect the connector to the controller OUTPUT.

Please fasten the cable mounted on the spray gun with your hand

Air hose connection

Please connect one end of the air hose to the rear part of the gun (next to cable) and the other end to controller (output).

Paint hose connection

One end of the paint hose connector is connected to the front part of the handle end, (the front of cable) and the other end is connected to pump.
